We handle no claim. During the appointment, we make you a receipt that will serve you to make your claim with your insurance. If you need a supplementary receipt, it will be our pleasure to make you another copy.

We recommend to all our patients to not consume alcohol in the 48 hours before the appointment. Some results can be influenced by alcohol intake. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Some urine analyses require a sterile container. You can get a sterile container in a pharmacy. If you cannot travel, our nurses always have containers in their possession. You can also check with our customer service if you need a sterile container or not.
