What is the cost for private services?
The cost can vary from one person to the other. In fact, the price varies depending on the tests asked by your doctor. To know the exact price, feel free to contact us.

Are there services and sampling fees?
No. Only the analyses will be invoiced. There are no fees for samples.

What is the time period to get an appointment?
We suggest you contact us about a week in advance to make sure you get an appointment in the clinic, on the date and at the hour you want.

How long will it take to receive the results?
The wait time varies depending on the tests requested by your doctor. However, for most analyses, the results are received after between 24 and 48 hours.

With which laboratory do you work?
We team with the renowned CDL laboratory in Montreal. It has been a leader in the field in Quebec since 1993.

Do you handle the claim with my insurance?
We handle no claim. During the appointment, we make you a receipt that will serve you to make your claim with your insurance. If you need a supplementary receipt, it will be our pleasure to make you another copy.

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American express, checks, post dated checks and cash. We accept credit cards only at our main office (1672 Laurentides Blvd).

Do I need to fast before my blood tests? If so, for how long?
It depends on the analyses requested by your doctor. In most cases, a 12 hours fast is requested. To make sure, feel free to contact us.

Can I drink my morning coffee during a fasting period?
No. During the fasting, no food or drinks are permitted except for water.

What are the restrictions for alcohol?
We recommend to all our clients to not consume alcohol in the 48 hours before the appointment. Some results can be influenced by alcohol intake. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I take my medicine on the day of the appointment?
To make sure, you can check with one of our representatives if the requested tests require you to take your medicine or not.

I need to take a urine test and I have no container at home. What should I do?
Some urine analyses require a sterile container. You can get a sterile container in a pharmacy. If you cannot travel, our nurses always have containers in their possession. You can also check with our customer service if you need a sterile container or not.
