  • Shower before your appointment (hand-washing is possible afterward).

During the test

  • Setup takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • You leave with the device and go about your usual activities.
  • Depending on what's prescribed, the recording can last 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, or up to 14 days.
